Dan works as a surveyor with residential and commercial properties where he has specialised and honed his skills to focus on damp in buildings, its causes and how to remedy them.

Dan is the owner of DF Damp Consultancy LLP where he aims to access the whole of the UK virtually; to provide professional and industry standard guidance and knowledge to the public. Working as an independent surveyor, Dan aims to bypass the negative connotations of a “damp proofer” and instead, wants to educate individuals on how to identify and remedy damp as well as advising the correct course of action to take.
