External Finishes
Render, pointing, coatings, window junctions and other weathering details are assessed for deterioration or inappropriate materials capable of contributing to moisture retention or penetration.
Rainwater & Ground Levels
Gutters, downpipes, surface-water disposal and external ground levels are considered where water may be concentrated against lower wall construction.
Ventilation & Condensation
Internal humidity, heating, ventilation and surface temperatures are assessed where condensation or mould may be contributing to the reported dampness.
