Render, masonry, pointing, window surrounds, sills and other exposed details are assessed where deterioration or incompatible finishes may affect the way walls resist and release moisture.
Roofs & Chimneys
Roof coverings, ridges, chimney stacks, flashings, valleys and abutments are considered where weather exposure or defective detailing may provide a pathway for rainfall.
