Roofs & Rainwater Goods
Roof coverings, chimney details, gutters and downpipes are assessed where defects may increase moisture loading to walls and internal finishes.
Later Alterations
Modern renders, coatings, dry-lining, replacement floors and other alterations are considered where they may have changed the original moisture behaviour of the property.
Ventilation & Timber
Internal humidity, ventilation, cold surfaces, suspended floors and accessible timbers are considered where condensation, mould or prolonged moisture may be present.
