Falls, gullies and drainage routes are considered where rainfall may collect around the property or be directed towards the structure rather than safely away from it.
Ventilation & Floors
Internal humidity, extract ventilation, suspended floors, sub-floor airflow and accessible timber are considered where condensation or prolonged moisture may be present.
